Sunkissed Cottage is a completely remodeled, waterfront, pool home just a short 4 minute walk to the beach! The location is absolutely perfect with the Time Square downtown district with dining, bars, live music, and shopping all within walking distance. Relax out back in the pool or hot tub, under the tiki hut or cast a rod off the dock.
Boaters will love the location as the home is on a Gulf access canal with docking privileges. For those of you who want to bring or rent a boat for your stay it is an easy ride to the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico with Sanibel and Captiva just north of Fort Myers Beach.
The home sleeps 6 comfortably. There is a king in the primary bedroom, queen and twin in the second bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa in the Florida room. The home features a living room with an oversized, incredibly comfortable sectional sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, a Florida Room with sofa and recliner chair overlooking the canal and pool. There are 2 full bathrooms and an indoor laundry room with full sized machines. Beach chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, and beach towels are provided.
The outdoor area is exceptional with the Tiki-Hut, a heated Pool and Spa (if you choose), and the canal view. It is a Great place to relax and enjoy the Florida Sunshine!
NOTE: To heat the pool there is an additional $200 fee - you must contact the management company before your arrival to make sure the pool heat has been turned on.
