The top-floor loft, with its double bed/trundle/bunks, sleeps four and offers spectacular views and direct access to the loft deck.

The water's edge is a mere three-minute walk from the house and is an excellent swimming beach. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided. Take a picnic lunch and enjoy countless hours lounging, splashing or watching dolphins play and unique sea birds. Enjoy colorful sunsets and maybe even a moonlight stroll along the shoreline.

Indulge in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and when the tropical rain showers or the midday sun call for a break, take a stroll to Santini Plaza for a refreshing ice cream cone or dine at one of the excellent local restaurants. For a more casual outing, ride bikes or walk down the beach to the tiki bars a mile north, or make use of the outdoor BBQ grill at the house with fresh fish and shrimp from the local farmers market.

Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the renowned beach fishing, as the tides from the bay pass right by. For more adventure, boat rentals and fishing charters are available at Fish Tale Marina behind Santini Plaza. Golfers will find numerous courses a short drive away. There are so many amenities and attractions to take part in, unique shops, exciting live music and nightlife, Captiva and Sanibel, and a plethora of dining options including some of the best fresh seafood in the world!
