The planetarium found at Calusa is the only planetarium in all of Southwest Florida. This enormous dome can easily seat 87 people and features educational viewings every day of the week. Come take a look at the Milky Way galaxy in which we live. Calusa’s planetarium features brand new and state-of-the-art equipment so you will feel like you are flying through the stars. Finding the Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium
You can enjoy all of the thrilling yet educational experiences at the Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium found at 3450 Ortiz Avenue in Fort Myers Beach. You will be able to easily spot the center at the intersection of Colonial Blvd and Ortiz Avenue. Calusa is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
