The owners have brought this home back to pre-Ian condition. The hurricane mainly affected the ground floor. Heated pool area and lower recreation room have been restored. The house now has beautiful, full panoramic views of the Gulf from all porches and balconies. The private beach access for this home and beach itself are here for your enjoyment along with sensational views of the Gulf and awesome sunsets!

Fort Myers Beach is back! The beach looks great with tons of sand brought in to renourish the Beach. The Publix on Fort Myers Beach is open (1 mile from our house). Stationary food trucks are now a new addition to the beach and live outdoor music is back. The Yucatán, Wahoo Willys, Bonita Bills, Fresh Catch Bistro, Dixie Seafood and Junkanoo are some of restaurant’s now open. Beach trolley is running. Parasailing and jet skiing are back. Walmart, Publix, CVS, and Walgreens off island are just a short drive away. You can see more lists at the FMB Chamber of Commerce website. 

The rental pricing includes a significant reduction considering the post hurricane condition of the island, but there are very few houses on the island that are back to this pre-Ian condition.

Anchors Away is a newly constructed five bedroom and five and a half bath pool home that sleeps 12 guests. The home is located mid-island and just a short walk to the beach. As you enter the home at ground level, you will find a game room with foosball, air hockey, games, kids’ corner, and 65-inch wall-mounted TV. The outdoor area has a patio table, lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, and a heated private pool. The shed has all your beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and a cart.  The outdoor shower is great to rinse off after a fun beach day. On the first living level, we have three king bedrooms with beautiful Gulf views from private balconies and one bedroom with queen over queen bunk bed and bath. All bedrooms have 40-inch TV'S and all baths have quartz countertops. This level also has its own laundry and a wet bar. In addition, the second level living area has a master king with a bath and private balcony with gulf views. This floor also has a half bath for guests, and an additional washer and dryer. A large spacious living, kitchen, and dining area.  Fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances with an island and dining seating for 12. Large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

An elevator is available for convenience of moving groceries and luggage, but the house is not handicap accessible and the elevator should not be relied on for personal transport.

This home is amazing, and your family will love it. The location is perfect, and the views can’t be any better. Your family will love the fun that all things offer, and the close proximity to the #1 Beach in the USA – Fort Myers Beach.

NOTES:  NO pets allowed! The minimum age to rent is 30. This property books for 7 nights minimum Saturday to Saturday for the following months January, February, March, April, May, June, October, November and December. This property books for 5 nights minimum for the following months July, August and September.
