Welcome to Oasis Pearl. A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home situated in a tropical setting between the scenic back bay and the Gulf of Mexico with a heated pool. It's located at the north end of the island in a quiet residential neighborhood. This home is equipped with everything needed for your Florida vacation. Walk into a spacious living room which is right next to the kitchen with an island bar and seating for five. The granite kitchen is stocked with all items needed to make the perfect meal. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV and ceiling fans. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other two have queens. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom is a shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer are provided for use.
Don't forget about the gorgeous outdoor oasis. The downstairs pool/game room area has oversized sliding glass doors to make it an indoor/outdoor living space. It is a great spot to relax and watch the kids in the pool. You could also watch some TV by the outdoor bar or play a game of ping pong. This property is very centrally located and just a 5-minute walk to the white sandy beach. You are also within walking distance to Times Square, many shops, restaurants, and even ice cream at the Royal Scoop. If you don't feel like walking, there is also a trolley that goes up and down Estero Blvd every 15 minutes that you can go on to Times Square or the pier. NOTES: We book Saturday to Saturday and a seven-night minimum is required. This home will consider a dog. Please confirm with the property manager first prior to booking. The minimum age to rent is 30. Luxury Vacation Rentals also provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart for your stay. We provide high chairs and pack n plays upon request for $35.00 each per week.
