This beautiful custom-designed beach house enjoys 4 beds and 4.5 baths across a floorplan that can easily accommodate up to 12 guests at a time. The Pearl is located just south of Diamond Head Resort and provides visitors with a desirable sense of tranquility matched by easy access to fun!
The living room in The Pearl features a fantastic and plush white sofa with a matching loveseat and overstuffed armchair. The set is settled around a dark wood coffee table and in front of a large flat-screen television mounted on the wall. The living room opens up to the dining room and kitchen. Here, those who are looking forward to a home-cooked meal during their stay will find every reason to serve one up in style. The kitchen hosts custom cabinetry filled with cookware as well as modern stainless-steel appliances and spacious granite countertops to match. The kitchen also enjoys a wet bar and counter seating to accompany the large dining room table.
When it’s time to rest up for another day of fun under the sun, the bedrooms in The Pearl double as an oasis of restoration and relaxation. The master suite with a king bed is found on the upper level of the home and includes access to an en suite bath, large closet, and full sitting area—not to mention amazing views.
