Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a convenient laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Step out from the great room onto a lovely and relaxing porch, perfect for morning coffee, a good book, or simply unwinding at any time of day. The porch overlooks the brand-new heated saltwater pool, surrounded by a fully paved area with stylish outdoor furniture. Enjoy a slight view of the bay, which lies just behind the houses across the street.

Three upstairs bedrooms are well appointed to ensure comfort and peaceful rest. Every detail has been meticulously chosen, from the upscale mattresses and bedding to the brand-new furniture in every room.

The king bedroom has a gorgeous ensuite bath, and a wall mounted TV.  The other two bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a newly remodeled bathroom, complete with custom handmade cabinetry, granite counters, and sleek walk-in shower. Each of these bedrooms is also equipped with wall-mounted TVs to insure personalized viewing entertainment.

The lower suite is a beautiful beach retreat in itself.  Offering a charming open area with sitting room, large screen TV and full size kitchen.  The lower level offers an additional King bedroom and another with bunkbeds.

The new saltwater pool beckons and will provide hours of enjoyment whether lounging poolside or cooling off from the great Florida sunshine.  There is ample room for outdoor dining and a second washer and dryer on this level for added convenience.
